The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies that align with the company's growth and operational goals. This role involves leading supply chain transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and working cross-functionally to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain performance. Key responsibilities include directing procurement strategy, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and managing pricing strategies to support the company's business units.Applicants for the Vice President of Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, particularly within construction, distribution, or related industries. The role requires a strong understanding of transportation logistics, proven experience in procurement and vendor negotiations, and a strong analytical mindset with experience in ERP systems and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, influence cross-functional teams, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
