Under the directsupervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst or AutismSpecialist, the ABA Therapy Program Coordinator coaches and developsmentee(s) to participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and providethe best comprehensive services possible to our children and families.As An ABA Therapy Program Coordinator, You WillChampion our integrity and effectively coach mentee(s) by providingcustomer service while exhibiting excellence through:** Service Delivery: Implement goals from the Individualized TreatmentPlans (ITPs), complete tasks and documentation and ensure alignmentwith therapeutic objectives. Maintain scheduled appointments andcomplete tasks assigned by identified deadlines with minimalsupervision. (Excellence) Client, Family, & Community Engagement: Develop rapport withfamilies and children, involving family input and priorities in thetherapy plan and home program. Increase community awareness, supportand awareness through outreach. (Service) Data and Time Management: Maintain professional, accurate, andtimely records and documentation. Meet industry best practices andensure compliance with BACBs Guidelines for RBTs. Communicate withsupervisors regarding client and Behavior Technician (BT) needs.Effectively manage scheduling protocol modifications and performadministrative functions. (Leadership) Collaboration & Communication: Provide individualized training andfeedback on implementation of ABA procedures to BT(s). Communicateeffectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensurepositive clinical outcomes. Guide and coach mentee(s) inimplementing interventions and best practices. (Celebration) Continuous Learning: Engage in and lead team development trainingsto stay current with updated and individualized therapy plans.(Possibility) Professional Responsibility: Adhere to code of conduct and companypolicies, review published communications, escalate concerns throughchain of command, and ensure confidentiality.
