The Administrative Assistant to the Project Configuration provides essential administrative, coordination, and documentation support to ensure efficient configuration management processes across projects and the Property Division. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting change control procedures, and facilitating communication between Netcare Property Division and project stakeholders. Our basic service standard holds us accountable for the below seven behaviours which you will be accountable to uphold:Join the team committed to providing the best and safest health and care.Schedule and mediate Data Pack Handovers, Electrical Review and Plan Review meetings, and track action items on all meeting sessions with the relevant professional team to evaluate the information received.Follow up on outstanding project tasks and deliverablesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Process ConfigurationTrack projects Construction stages to ensure that project handover documentation is received timeously.Provide exception reports to the PSU Manager for presentation at the project portfolio meeting and property steercom.Support the Project Hand Over Committee and minutesReceive, Index, Maintain and organize project documentation, records, aligned with data pack and all other related to DivisionEnsure proper version control and document management processes are followedMonitor and control the receipt of project related documentation in accordance with the requirements as defined per project stage.
