A leading, nationally recognized retina practice is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Retina Surgeons for full-time, permanent opportunities across multiple locations. Position Overview Retina Surgeon Vitreoretinal Specialist Multiple Locations (nationwide opportunities available) Full-Time Permanent Base Salary: $400,000+ annually (plus production incentives) High-growth, physician-driven organization Key Responsibilities As a Retina Surgeon, you will:Diagnose and manage complex vitreoretinal diseases, including:Diabetic retinopathyRetinal detachmentMacular degenerationRetinal vein occlusionsMacular holes and epiretinal membranesPerform advanced vitreoretinal surgical procedures (PPV, scleral buckle, etc.)Administer intravitreal injections and laser treatmentsInterpret OCT, fluorescein angiography, and other diagnostic imagingCollaborate with referring ophthalmologists and optometristsMaintain high-quality documentation and patient-centered care standardsParticipate in clinical research and innovation initiatives (if interested) Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institutionCompletion of Ophthalmology ResidencyCompletion of Fellowship Training in Vitreoretinal SurgeryBoard Certified or Board Eligible in OphthalmologyEligible for state medical licensure in applicable location(s)Strong surgical and clinical skills Compensation & Benefits $400,000 Base Salary (guaranteed)Additional productivity-based compensation potentialPartnership track opportunities (practice dependent)Comprehensive benefits package including:Health, dental, vision insurancePaid malpractice coverageCME allowanceRetirement plan optionsRelocation assistance (varies by location) Why This Opportunity?
