The Channel Sales Organization is seeking a motivated and analytically driven Financial Analyst to join our Channel Strategy and Analytics team. This role is centered on data‑driven forecasting and performance analytics for complex distributor incentive programs. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills to transform large, multi‑source datasets into actionable insights. In this role you will own analytics, forecasting, calculation, and payment execution for our complex distributor incentive programs. This is a hybrid position with 2–3 days per week in the Peachtree Corners, Georgia office. What You’ll Do Developing and maintaining monthly incentive payout forecasts for Global and National Account Agreements (GNA) and Distributor Investment Programs (DIPs), supporting budgeting, accrual accuracy, and profitability analysis Calculate earned financial benefits tied to contractual channel incentive programs (Business Excellence Incentive, Quarterly Stock Adjustment Program, Market Development Funds, Rewards Programs, etc.) Prepare monthly analytics insights, forecasting, and payments reporting packages and partner with Channel Management and Sales/Business Unit Finance colleagues to validate assumptions and outcomes Provide National Account Managers and customer partners with monthly reporting packages showing their performance, earned and forecasted incentives Calculate, obtain approval, and issue monthly, quarterly, and annual payments in accordance with contractual agreements and incentive programs Assist in the preparation of annual incentive program budget, payment schedule, and allocation key set up Perform monthly audits and maintenance of SieSales (SalesForce), Vendor, and customer submitted data needed to support program administration, calculations and analytics Conduct analysis, data cleansing/transformation, reconciliation, and integration of customer submitted data needed for program calculations and incentive forecasting Support on‑going productivity programs aimed at driving improved performance within the Channel Sales Organization (automation, process optimization, AI and ML integration) Qualifications You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, economics, mathematics, or business administration with strong quantitative coursework 3+ years’ experience in financial analytics, sales analytics, or performance analytics 2+ years’ experience with Knime or similar ETL tools (Alteryx or Tableau Prep) 2+ years’ experience with advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL & Tableau/Power BI (preferred) Pivot Tables with Excel 2+ years’ experience with proven experience working with large, complex datasets, including data cleansing, transformation, and integration Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Siemens is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging inclusion in the workplace.
