End User Computing Specialist

Must be on W2 - No third party recruiters/sub-vending permitted End User Computing Specialist Location: New York, NY (Onsite – 5 days/week)Duration: May 25, 2026 – Nov 27, 2026 (6-month contract, likely extensions)Conversion: Possible after 12 months based on performanceOur client is seeking an End User Computing Specialist to support a high-paced Capital Markets environment. This role will provide white-glove desktop support, trade floor technology assistance, device lifecycle management, and first-line troubleshooting for end users, executives, and trading teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite support for Windows/Mac environments, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, and business applicationsTroubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, VDI, email, network, and hardware issuesImage/re-image devices using SCCM based on approved ServiceNow requestsSupport mobile devices (iOS/Android) and MDM platformsDeliver white-glove/VIP support including remote and executive assistanceProvide Smart Hands support for server, network, and security devicesSupport meeting rooms, AV setups, and conference technologyMaintain accurate incident logging, asset inventory, and device lifecycle recordsProvide first-line support for market data applications (Bloomberg, FactSet, Reuters)Participate in disaster recovery, emergency response, and rotational on-call supportMust-Have Qualifications:5+ years supporting Windows desktop environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy5+ years troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and general networking issues3–5 years of trade floor / Capital Markets end-user support experienceStrong experience with SCCM imaging and ServiceNow ticketing workflowsExperience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheralsExcellent communication skills with ability to support senior stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-touch environmentNice-to-Have:Experience with Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, or similar MDM toolsExposure to AWS Connect / IPC voice systemsMSP / Managed Services experienceDegree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldAdditional Details:Fully onsite role at 151 W 42nd Street, New YorkStandard hours: 9:00am–6:00pmLikely contract extensions in 6-month incrementsStrong potential for long-term opportunity based on performance
