Job Title: Pega Developer (CSSA)Location: RemoteDuration: Long-term projectJob SummaryWe are seeking a Pega Developer with Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification, hands-on Pega Constellation experience, and an active MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance to support an IRS modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade Pega applications while working in Agile environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.Develop applications utilizing the Pega Constellation UI framework.Configure case management, workflows, business rules, integrations, and decisioning.Develop and maintain Data Pages, Activities, Flows, Integrations, and UI components.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and production support.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices, coding standards, and IRS security requirements.Required QualificationsPega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation.Active MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance – Mandatory.5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.Strong experience with Case Management, Data Pages, Activities, Flows, Decisioning, and Integrations.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting IRS or other Federal Government projects.Experience with Pega Infinity (23.x or later preferred).Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment processes.Familiarity with federal security and compliance standards.Required SkillsPega Platform DevelopmentPega ConstellationCSSA CertificationCase ManagementREST/SOAP IntegrationsAgile/ScrumMBI Clearance (Active)IRS/Federal Project Experience (Preferred)Mandatory RequirementsActive MBI ClearancePega CSSA CertificationHands-on Pega Constellation experience
