Located near Winters, CA, you'll work onsite with a collaborative team, guiding a caseload of approximately 25–35 students from August 20, 2026, through June 4, 2027.What we're looking for:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid SLP license (willing to consider out-of-state applicants eligible for California licensure)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) requiredPrior experience working within school-based settings supporting young children, especially PreK and KindergartenAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary teamStrong communication, patience, and organizational skillsKey responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of communication and language disorders for students within your caseloadDevelop and implement individualized education and therapy plansDeliver targeted speech-language interventions onsite, primarily to PreK and Kindergarten studentsCollaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with local and state compliance standardsMonitor and report progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet students' evolving needsExperience the fulfillment of directly impacting children's lives in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
