Role Overview:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Fulkrum, you will be responsible for managing high-volume, full life cycle recruitment for contract roles across multiple disciplines within the energy sector. You will work closely with our Business Development Team, Regional, Operations, and HR department, Coordination Managers to optimize technical staffing recruitment and contractor resourcing. This role requires the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and build strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize social media, resume databases, industry contacts, and professional networks to source candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team and senior management to ensure initial selection processes for all internal, external, and contract vacancies are completed efficiently.
Conduct active, high energy recruitment activities, including advertising, resume review, and candidate screening.
Proven experience in high volume contract recruitment and managing full life cycle recruitment.
Research and understand client requirements to recruit the right talent, proposing multiple candidates for each requirement.
Ensure timely follow-up with all candidates, providing feedback on whether they move to the next stage or not.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and create suitable delivery plans.
Develop job descriptions in collaboration with clients (both internal and external).
Manage logistical elements of recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates.
Lead and participate in client recruitment campaigns.
Visit client sites as needed to build relationships and identify further opportunities.
Approve all recruitment media before release on social media, online publications, or print.
Skills and Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of agency/technical/contract recruitment experience, preferably within the Energy industry.
Proven experience in high volume recruitment and managing full life cycle recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, creative, and adaptable to change.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Committed, punctual, and reliable.
Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience working on largescale recruitment projects.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Education:
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
