The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing people, and advanced technical capabilities in data analysis and systems.---Key Responsibilities· Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods· Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high performance and engagement· Monitor productivity, workflow, and KPIs to meet operational targets· Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (planning, production, and logistics)· Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to optimize efficiency· Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making---Qualifications· Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in Shipping & Receiving or Warehouse Operations· Strong people management and leadership skills· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment---Technical Skills· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis)· Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization· Knowledge of IT systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP systems· Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar)· Familiarity with AI tools and automation systems to improve operational efficiency---Preferred Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (preferred)· Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
