Banquet Server - PT

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner; serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally.Monitor guest needs throughout the event and respond promptly to requests.Clear tables between courses and after the event; assist with breakdown and clean-up of the banquet space.* Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure smooth and seamless service.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after events.* Follow all MotorCity safety and sanitation policies and procedures.* Adhere to proper food handling and alcohol service standards.* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:* Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.* Excellent time management and multitasking skills.* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and carry 50lbs on your shoulders.What we offer:MotorCity offers competitive wages, complimentary meals during your shift, associate discounts, you're paid weekly, your uniforms are paid for, and more!We're committed to our community.As an active community partner, MotorCity Casino Hotel is dedicated to the city of Detroit.
