Senior Network & Storage AdministratorAbout the RoleHelia Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Storage Administrator Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Assessment & PlanningConduct onsite assessments of existing data center environments, including network, storage, and server infrastructure.Document rack layouts, network topologies, cabling structures, and connectivity requirements to support successful migration planning.Data Center Migration ExecutionProvide hands-on support during migration activities, including equipment relocation, rack-and-stack deployment, and infrastructure installation.Ensure all physical infrastructure is deployed according to enterprise standards and best practices.Network Connectivity ManagementDesign, validate, and support inter-data center connectivity solutions, including WAN/MPLS, Layer 2 extensions, VPNs, and hybrid network architectures.Ensure uninterrupted communication between source and destination environments throughout migration projects.Security & Compliance SupportCollaborate with client security teams to implement and validate firewall configurations and security policies.Verify application connectivity and security controls following migration activities.Storage AdministrationSupport and validate SAN and NAS environments, including Fibre Channel and iSCSI configurations.Ensure storage connectivity, redundancy, and performance remain stable throughout migration and post-migration operations.Advanced TroubleshootingServe as an escalation point for complex network, storage, and connectivity issues.Diagnose and resolve performance, latency, and infrastructure-related challenges in real time to maintain project timelines.Required QualificationsExperience5–10+ years of experience supporting enterprise data center infrastructure.Proven success participating in large-scale data center migration and infrastructure transformation projects.Networking ExpertiseStrong knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies.Hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols, including BGP and OSPF.Experience with Data Center Interconnect (DCI) architectures and enterprise networking solutions.Infrastructure DeploymentExtensive experience with rack-and-stack installations, structured cabling, and physical infrastructure relocation.Storage TechnologiesStrong understanding of SAN and NAS environments.Experience with storage zoning, masking, multipathing, and enterprise storage administration.Professional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project requirements.Willingness to work onsite during migration windows, including evenings and weekends when required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsCertificationsCCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert).Platform ExperienceExperience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, or other enterprise-class networking platforms.Cloud ConnectivityExperience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments and connectivity between on-premises data centers and AWS cloud services.Language RequirementsFluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is highly preferred and may be required for client-facing engagements.
