As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support daily operations and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients. Your role focuses on resolving past due accounts to collect payments.Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative:Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally to collect paymentsResolve or escalate issues related to billing, insurance, titles, payoffs, ACH updates, tax questions, and account changesHandle escalated complaints with accuracy and urgencyBuild strong relationships with customers and vendorsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processesTrack inquiries and provide feedback to management for service improvementsSupport related departments (asset management, collections, titles) as neededMeet service level goals and maintain compliance with company policiesStrive to meet Key Performance Metrics: Inbound and Outbound call handling and quality/timely standards; Productivity benchmarks and complianceUse best judgment to resolve issues within guidelines; escalate complex cases when necessaryQualifications - Customer Service Representative:1-3 years of collections experience, ideally in a financial institutionStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret lease/legal documents and understand insurance, titling, and UCC filing requirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptedCritical thinking and sound judgment for decision makingEffective written and verbal communicationCollaborative team player with strong relationship-building skillsExcellent organizational skills and adaptability#INAPR2026
