Inventory Specialist

Job Description Position SummaryThe Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment and light manufacturing activities. This role partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Accounting to ensure accurate material movement, timely shipments, and strong system and data integrity. The Warehouse Analyst helps maintain operational efficiency while supporting scalability as the business grows.This role is based in our Bradford, VT headquarters, requires weekly in office work Monday – Friday, and reports into Vice President, Internal Operations & Supply Chain.The hourly pay range or this position is $20 - $30 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.What you'll doManage and maintain accurate multi-site warehouse inventory recordsPerform physical receiving of materials and complete receipts in the ERP systemProcess outbound shipments and related transactions in the ERP systemConduct cycle counts and physical inventories to support inventory accuracyReview daily report for order fulfillment and pick, pack, and ship customer orders on timeProcess accurate internal transfersCoordinate freight shipments and work with carriers as neededSupport proper handling and shipment of hazardous materials (including batteries), as trainedPerform light assembly, kitting, and material preparation as neededSupport special projects and operational initiatives as requestedPerform other duties as assignedWe require...1-3 years of experience in inventory, production, warehouse operations or logistics required1-3 years of experience working with an ERP requiredExperience with freight shipping, including coordination with carriers, preferredExperience shipping hazardous materials (including lithium batteries) is a plusStrong computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office and ERP systemsStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailAbility to follow established processes and procedures consistentlyEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWillingness to learn new systems, tools, and processesPhysical Requirements...Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods during the workdayAbility to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentMVP Robotics is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
