(OSI) business at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in Kingsport, TN. This role will serve as the Site Finance Lead and provide overall financial leadership and guidance within OSI Holston in the Platforms & Services Sector of BAE Systems and provide support and input to Business Area Leadership, including production and facility management to ensure that all financial commitments are achieved. Provide timely and accurate reporting of financial information to OSI management including QBR, IBP, MBR, and any other ad hoc requirements. Manage the Accounting and Finance organization staff within OSI Holston.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted business partner and advisor to the organization.Participate in the hiring process and is responsible for assigning tasks, training, developing, and evaluating a team of Accounting and Finance professionals.Provide guidance and support to senior leaders on strategy of the site. Advise management of all financial matters across the Holston plant including, Indirect costs, Production, Overhead & Maintenance costs, and IRAD/CRAD programs.Operate in accordance with all legal, ethical, and company requirements, including company policies and procedures, standard policies, standard operating procedures, department instructions, and USG regulations found in FAR and CAS.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data, the preparation of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, budgets, and various other financial activities within the Holston operation – including production, facility management, and modernization programs.Coordinate with other finance and functional groups to assure consistency and integrity of data.Oversee costing analysis of the site and lead team in variance reviews. Minimize total cost in assigned financial area (including personnel, data processing support, other required support, etc.) through review of required output, efficiency of operations, and assignment of appropriate and capable personnel.Provide support of ERP upgrades and assist team with implementations.
