Customer Service Triage Specialist
Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe CS Triage Specialist processes inbound orders from our referral sources through Medforce Command Center via Main Fax ,E-mail or Web Portal. The CS Specialist creates a task and/or workflow through Medforce and triages all documents to the appropriate department or Medforce bin. Triage Specialist may be required to offer additional support to CS team at manager’s discretion depending daily work volume.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in an inbound/outboundcustomer service center is strongly preferredCustomer service experience in a Respiratory/Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferredMust have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suiteJob Responsibilities, Included But Not Limited ToProvide our clients with timely and accurate information, and take appropriate corrective actions regarding our services to ensure the customer and referrals have complete satisfactionTriage documents in accordance with company standards and other verbal and written training policiesFollow proper procedures for accurate documentation triage of new referrals, notes, prescriptions, insurance documentation.Maintain referral portals by reviewing the document submissions, deciphering which documents require triagePerform other duties delegated at manager’s discretion as Customer Service supportPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
