Wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic team with plenty or room for growth and stability.Experience with SAP Ariba is highly preferredHighlights:$130,000 - $145,000 + 15% Bonus5-7+ years experience, 3+ years management experienceRemote on Friday'sHigh-volume APBachelor’s degree is requiredMulti-entity/healthcare strongly preferredResponsibilities Manage and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, including supervisors, coordinators, and processors, fostering a culture of professional excellence.Partner with ARIBA implementation team that support new business initiatives and enhance AP functionality.Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising and Operations to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvements within the AP process.Manage the monthly close for accounts payable and related accounts within an agile, data-rich environmentEnsure prompt payment and accurate account reconciliation while providing professional, diplomatic resolution assistance to vendors and internal partners.Prepare detailed analyses, schedules, and presentations for Accounts Payable to support internal audits and tax filings.Develop robust metrics to monitor volume and efficiency. Perform root-cause analysis on critical issues to provide visibility to management and influence the Financial Systems/IT roadmap.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant business field.6+years of work experience with a deep background in managing accounts payable functions; You are a "key player" in ARIBA systems implementation, embracing technology to drive decision-making and operational scalability.Well-versed in supply chain operations and the procure-to-pay lifecycle, including invoice ingestion, three-way match, and master data management.SAP ARIBA EXPERIENCE IS A BONUSIf you are interested, please send resume ASAP to be considered! thank you!
