Receptionist
ROLE AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Receptionist’s primary duty is to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting the organization by accurately and timely entering customer orders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working with both customers and internal teams. This position is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Reception & Front Desk SupportGreet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls; take messages as neededManage the company’s main email inbox, routing inquiries appropriatelyMaintain a clean and welcoming reception areaHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Order Entry & Administrative SupportAccurately enter customer orders into the company’s system (ERP/CRM)Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and required documentationCommunicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and product availabilityCoordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillmentPrepare invoices, packing slips, and other order-related documentsMaintain digital and physical records in accordance with internal policiesAssist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks as neededPerforms other relevant duties as assigned, i.e., special projects, programs, and developmental activities REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS1 year of experience in a Customer Service or a similar work environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly, effectively, and promptlyMust have a professional demeanor, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential informationAbility to work under pressure and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and time management skillsA healthy sense of humor PREFERRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSExperience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)Proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervisionEmpathic and resourceful with solid problem-solving skillsBias for action, strong work ethic, and desire for excellenceExperience in the RV industry
