If you are looking for a shop that values your expertise, offers performance-based raises, and respects your work-life balance with a 4-day schedule, this is it.The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:Perform precision TIG and MIG welding on custom fabrications and prototypes for highly regulated industriesInterpret and work from complex engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure 100% accuracy of finished partsMake necessary adjustments to welding equipment and parameters to maintain superior weld quality and integrityLay out and assemble diverse metal components, ensuring they meet strict ISO 9001:2015 quality standardsUtilize overhead cranes and forklifts to safely position large-scale projects for fabricationCollaborate with a team of experienced fabricators to troubleshoot design challenges and optimize production runsMaintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all shop safety protocolsThe background of the successful candidate must include the following:5+ years of professional TIG and MIG welding experience5+ years of experience reading blueprints and interpreting weld symbolsA strong reliability record; consistent attendance is critical for this high-performance teamPhysical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active manufacturing environmentPrevious experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is a significant plusA solid work history with a preference for candidates who have shown long-term commitment to previous employersUS citizenship or Green Card status with a residence within a 45-minute drive of West Bend
