Minimum Requirements:• An active TS/SCI with polygraph • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation • A track record of arriving to work on time each and every day with a great attitude • Commitment to adherence to safety policies and procedures • Desire to provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers • Ability to understand oral and written instructions • Some who takes great pride in their work! Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing all surfaces to free them of dirt, smudges, and markings • Floor care to include washing, vacuuming, dust mopping, sweeping, spray cleaning • Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets and sinks • Emptying waste containers and other trash • Other cleaning assignments as needed to wow our customers Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience performing custodial work • Knowledge of cleaning products and services • Ability to operate cleaning machines such as buffers, scrubbers, vacuums Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:• Walking and standing • Climbing • Bending forward • Wearing hip/backpack vacuum • Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling • Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder • Respective bending and arm movements In return, we offer the most competitive hourly rate and benefits package. RESPONSIBILITIES Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping and scrubbing floors.Empty waste containers.Low and high cleaning.Deliver collected trash to the loading dock.Perform restroom cleaning and restroom checks.Clean water fountains.Clean fitness centers, showers and locker rooms.Clean freight and passenger elevators.Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors at prescribed heights.Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.Shampoo carpets.Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners.Police grounds and empty waste containers.Assist in Special Events setups.Must monitor building for maintenance, safety and security issues and report any violations to immediate Supervisor or Management.Maintains custodial equipment in a clean, safe operable condition.Report shortage of supplies and equipment failures to immediate Supervisor or Management.Perform other duties as directed by the Site Supervisor/Area Manager. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this position, the candidate must already possess an active TS/SCIl Federal Security Clearance and be able to maintain said clearance throughout employment.
