About the TeamAbout the Job: This job plays avital role in adapting to dynamic changes throughoutthe support of production activities and processes.It balancesmultiple tasks simultaneously during assembly ofdifferent products, processes, and productionlaunch.Manage the assemblyprogressand organization of materials for Network Analyzerproducts. Engage with a cross-functional team of global Engineers, ProductPlanners, Technicians, and skilled Operators to build and develop Signal Analyzerand Signal Generator products.We are proud to be a collaborative team committed to exceeding customer expectations. ResponsibilitiesInterface with Cross-functional Engineering teamsand providegeneral supportforthe production team, with special attention to quality,support ofNew Product Introductionactivities. Execute assembly processes developed by Engineering and be able to provide constructive and collaborative feedback. Lead communication withAssemblyteam. Manage and create systems to organizenew and leveraged materials duringcurrent production andNew Product Introduction progress. Performinspectionsoffinishedproducts according topre-establishedKeysight CosmeticStandards. Basic QualificationsHigh School diploma 3 to5 years of experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners all throughout the manufacturing process ITAR clearance Growth mindset Assembling small parts with hand tools and electric drivers Work in an ESD environment Attention to detail Ability to read blueprints and follow assembly procedures Pay TransparencyThis is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is$22.83/hour - $30.43/hour W-2.
