Associate Scientist (Claude Code/Codex/Databricks/Python, SAS)

Role: Associate ScientistLocation: Thousand Oaks, CADuration: 12+ Months with possible extensionTop 3 Must Have Skill Sets:1. Strong modern AI and programming tools, including: Claude Code, Codex, Databricks, Python.2. Expertise with statistical analysis software- SAS3. Laboratory work skills, including manual and automated sample preparation.Preferred Qualifications:Ph.D. or Master’s or Bachelor’s in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, computer sciences, bioinformatics.Expertise with modern AI and programming tools, including Claude Code, Codex, Databricks, Python.Familiarity with mass spectrometry of proteins, peptides and glycans.Familiarity with mass spectrometry data processing software packages (BioPharma Finder, Skyline, Byonic, Byos, Expressionist).Expertise with statistical analysis software.Laboratory work skills, including manual and automated sample preparation.Excellent written and oral communication skills for the timely documentation, presentation, and discussion of scientific results in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
