You'll own the entire lifecycle, from selecting and booking events to running the booth to making sure every lead is followed up on. This is a high-ownership, high-output role where the details matter.Own conference logistics end to end: sponsorship contracts, booth setup, shipping, staffing, badging, hotel blocks, and everything in betweenManage our annual events calendar: evaluate which conferences are worth attending, recommend where to invest, and own the plan through executionRun the booth: be on the ground at events, coordinate the team, and make sure we come home with qualified leadsOrganize and execute roadshow dinners and partner events to deepen relationships with MSP partners before and after tradeshowsOwn post-event follow-up: work closely with the BDR and AE team to make sure every lead is tracked, followed up on, and convertedBuild and manage vendor relationships: booth builders, swag suppliers, AV, and other event vendorsTrack and report on event ROI: know which events are driving pipeline and which aren't, and bring a point of view on where to invest nextWhat You Bring3-7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or conference management, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurityProven track record managing end-to-end tradeshow logistics including sponsorship contracts, booth setup, vendor coordination, shipping, on-site executionDemonstrated ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ballExperience working cross-functionally with sales teams to drive pipeline from events, and measuring ROIStrong vendor and partner relationship managementBonus: familiarity with the MSP channel or cybersecurity industryHow You Show UpObsessively organized - you keep a million details in order without getting overwhelmed.
