Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Residential Construction Electrician with 3-5 years of experience who is ready to step into a leadership position. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of electricians, manage residential construction electrical projects, and ensure that work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of electricians on residential construction sites. Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs. Review blueprints and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation and compliance with codes and regulations. Delegate tasks and manage team performance to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and effectively. Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with local and national electrical codes. Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address any concerns and provide updates on project progress. Mentor and train junior electricians, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a residential electrician, with a proven track record of successful project completion. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable. Valid electrician’s license and relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, construction practices, and codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
