The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, lead process optimization efforts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing team performance, driving efficiency across workflows, and developing operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with multiple departments to optimize resource allocation and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in operations management, process optimization, and workflow improvementStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide teamsExperience in safety and quality standard compliance within manufacturing or production environmentsExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance metricsBachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferredExperience in print media, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
