This role provides analytical and operational finance support to the VP, Controller within our Licensed Brands portfolio, partnering closely with Accounting, Commercial, and Brand teams to support accurate reporting, pricing execution, and business decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPricing & Systems SupportManage and maintain global pricing data in SAP, including pricing tables and uploadsSupport the global pricing promotion process in SAP, including user training, monitoring, and issue resolutionAssist with the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of pricing modelsPlanning, Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and update Excel templates for AOP and Latest Estimate (LE) reporting, as well as customer sales reportingLead or support key components of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and LE planning cyclesMaintain data integrity for sales and expense reporting by business areaAnalyze actual performance versus plan, including:Cost center performanceSales by customerGross marginOperating expensesRoyalty & Accrual ProcessesSupport the monthly, quarterly, and annual royalty process, including:Calculating monthly royaltiesPreparing royalty reporting required by licensorsAssisting with royalty payment requests and invoicesReconciling prepaid and accrued royalty accountsTracking quarterly royalty paymentsSupport the monthly accrual process by:Preparing accrual calculationsProviding journal entries to AccountingReconciling general ledger balance sheet accountsFinancial Models & ToolsSupport the creation and maintenance of financial modelsServe as a power user for financial planning toolsAssemble monthly and quarterly financial reporting packagesAdditional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in special projects and ad hoc analysis as neededQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance environmentExperience in the retail and/or wholesale industry strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills requiredExperience with SAP and BI tools strongly preferredWhat Will Help You Succeed In This RoleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environmentAble to adapt to changing priorities and business needsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teamsCustomer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to workThe base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
