This position is a backfill for a full-time employee, requiring night shift availability and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.Responsibilitiesbullet iconDevice decom power disconnects, Device decom removals, Cabling decom disconnects, Cabling decom removals, Cabling installs, Incident support, Auditing and labeling, Be part of an On Call rotation, support complicated cutovers and assist with power redundancy tests. Skills Must haveHigh School Diploma/GED 1+ years experience with, hands-on data center server room environment activities such as installation and decommission activities.Microsoft Outlook must be able to manage emails and calendarMicrosoft Excel must be able to do data entry, sort and filterMust be able to lift 50lbs unassistedMust be able to work within confined spaces and while standing/kneeling/sitting for extended periodsMust be able to travel up to 25% locallyMust be able to commit to one week on-call rotation schedule Nice to haveRegistered Unlicensed or PLT status with state of MN (low voltage)2+ years experience performing cable installation and decommission activities within a data center/server room environment2+ years experience performing device installation and decommission activities within a data center/server room environment2+ years experience performing data center/server room environment auditing activities
