Job Description :Pay is Salary or set Hourly Rate. UNCAPPED quarterly BONUS, based on sales performance!Sales Manager/Estimator Skills:Generate and capture sales leadsWorking to attain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales objectives of the center as defined by managementConduct a full inspection of the vehicleRecord any damage discovered within the vehicle, such as dents, broken glass or mechanical issuesDetermine an estimate for repair costs based on the total amount of damage and the type of damageCalculate how much of the repairs the insurance policy coversDiscuss repair options with the customerExplain to customers how they determined the total repair costsOrder and process parts per the repair guidelinesReview repair orders with technicians as necessaryManaging vehicles intake check-in; ascertaining paint formulas, ensuring it accompanies the Repair Order, and marking vehicles and repair orders clearly to assure accurate and complete communication with shop staffAnalyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and costAssist the GM in overseeing the day to day operations of the front office and the shopUpdate customers on the repair status of their vehicle with frequent and accurate informationWorking collaboratively with Production staff to achieve efficiency and quality standardsSales Manager/Estimator Requirements:Customer service focusedI-Car Certification is a plusOutstanding communication skillsSelf-driven with a desire to earn money based on performanceExperience with CCC1 and like estimating programs preferableEstablishes and maintains good working relationships with customersAbility to autonomously multitask, prioritize and complete duties in a timely mannerThis position is hourly or Salary.
