Job title: SOP TrainingEmployment Tye: Contract RoleWe are seeking a skilled Training Material Creation Specialist to join our team for a Veeva Vault Implementation project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing comprehensive training materials tailored to end-users' needs within the context of Veeva Vault, a cloud-based content management platform widely used in the life sciences industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to create engaging, clear, and effective training materials that facilitate user adoption and proficiency in utilizing Veeva Vault functionalities.Responsibilities:• Develop training strategies and methodologies for Veeva Vault implementation projects.• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including subject matter experts, project managers, and instructional designers, to understand training requirements and objectives.• Design and create a variety of training materials, including but not limited to user guides, training manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and interactive tutorials.• Ensure training materials are aligned with project timelines and objectives, adhering to established quality standards and branding guidelines.• Conduct thorough reviews and testing of training materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability.• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users, trainers, and administrators as needed.• Provide ongoing support and updates to training materials based on user feedback, system enhancements, or changes in business processes.• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in training and instructional design methodologies, particularly within the life sciences and technology sectors.• Serve as a subject matter expert on Veeva Vault functionality and best practices related to training and user adoption.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of Veeva Vault solutions while playing a key role in empowering users through effective training and support.
