Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Representative located in Pompton Plains, NJ. The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and offering tailored solutions to meet their connectivity needs. Key responsibilities include assisting customers in purchasing services, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and meeting sales goals through exceptional service and communication. Qualifications Strong background in Retail Sales and Sales with experience meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with diverse customers and provide superior experiencesSolid understanding of products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or experience in sales or customer service is a plus
