Position Snapshot Base Salary: $318,449 - $354,957 Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 Retention Bonus: $30,000 Schedule: Outpatient, standard daytime hours Call: 1:6 weekends | 1:7 weeknights Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Schedule & Coverage Model Outpatient clinic-based schedule Standard weekday daytime hours Call Structure: Weekend call: 1:6 rotation Weeknight call: 1:7 rotation Balanced coverage model with shared responsibilities across the team. Practice Environment Established outpatient behavioral health clinic Located on hospital campus Multidisciplinary care team including: Psychiatrists Nurse Practitioners Therapists Counselors Case Managers Strong system-level behavioral health support Collaborative, physician-friendly culture This is part of a comprehensive behavioral health program with both inpatient and outpatient services. Clinical Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team Participate in call rotation Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active New York license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification (prior to start) Clean malpractice and license history Open to early-career and experienced physicians .
