The Assistant Project Manager will assist the construction team in planning and supervising multifamily apartment complex projects for our Haverford Square by Metropolitan division. If you are flexible, motivated and want to join a growing company, then this is the role for you!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completionAssist in reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverablesAssist in overseeing all construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsAssist in meeting contractual conditions of performanceReview the work progress on daily basisPrepare internal and external reports pertaining to job statusAssist in planning and problem solvingNegotiate terms of agreements, and obtain permits and licensesAnalyze, manage and mitigate risksEnsure quality construction standards and the use of property construction techniquesSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequirements:HS diploma or GED3 years’ experience in constructionProficiency with Microsoft officeAbility to read blueprintsExperience with RFIs and submittalsValid Driver's License and reliable transpiration are requiredAbility to travel to job sites as neededPreferred:BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related fieldExperience in management in the construction industryProject management software experience (ex.
