Outside Sales Representative / Assistant Manager

Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Outside Sales *** Training will start September 30th, 2024 *** Your Role: Present our premier products and services to new and existing customers through in-home leads. Manage up to 3 pre-qualified leads daily for optimal sales opportunities. Participate in regular sales meetings and conference calls to stay at the forefront of industry trends. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to guide and support our existing sales team. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of college education (preferably a 4-year degree) or 5+ years of proven sales experience. In-home sales experience would be a valuable asset. Ability to influence decision-making and deliver results within a brief sales cycle. Exceptional professional presentation skills to engage clients effectively. Driven by the motivation to achieve a high six-figure income annually. Familiarity with iPad usage and associated software. While not mandatory, proficiency in design software would be advantageous.
