Job Title: Vice President of Income TaxClient: Well-known, established organizationLocation: New York City, NYCompensation: $230,000 – $290,000 + 15% bonusOverviewOur client, a well‐known and highly respected organization, is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Income Tax to lead its tax function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of income tax accounting, compliance, and reporting across a complex, multi‐entity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the company's global income tax function, including tax provision, compliance, and reportingOversee ASC 740 tax accounting, including preparation and review of tax provisions and related disclosuresManage domestic and international tax matters, including planning and complianceProvide leadership on transfer pricing strategies and documentationOversee tax audits and manage relationships with external auditors and advisorsPartner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and executive leadership on tax strategy and risk managementEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and international tax regulationsQualificationsCPA required15–20+ years of progressive tax experience across Big 4/public accounting and corporate industry environmentsStrong leadership experience within corporate tax functionsDeep technical expertise in ASC 740, book‐to‐tax differences, and income tax disclosuresExtensive experience with income tax accounting (tax provision), domestic and international tax, transfer pricing, and tax complianceProven ability to manage audits and interact with senior stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
