It now comprises 240 employees across 16 locations nationwide.Role OverviewThe Head of Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for setting technical direction, building high‑performing teams, and ensuring engineering execution consistently enables delivery confidence, customer trust, and long‑term sustainability. This individual will lead and evolve our engineering organization supporting mission-critical communications systems. The selected candidate will work on-site and travel up to 25%. Specific location will be determined based on the qualifications and preferences of the selected candidate.The Head of Engineering reports directly to the Vice President of Technical Services and works in close partnership with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities with company strategy.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
