Associate Attorney - General Liability

Job Description Job Summary:Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their General Liability practice group. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our experienced attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients, focusing on general liability defense, including cases related to personal injury, property damage, and other liability claims.Requirements:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school- Admission to practice law in at least one state (or eligibility to sit for a bar exam)- 1-3 years of experience in general liability defense or related practice area- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in general liability defense, including cases related to personal injury, property damage, and other liability claims- Familiarity with insurance defense and insurance law- Experience with depositions, mediations, and trials- Strong organizational and time management skills
