Evaluate financial results at department, store, and company levels, identifying risks and opportunities. Design, build, and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, profitability, and ROI. Communicate financial results and forecasts clearly, summarising key insights for leadership. Serve as a trusted financial business partner, translating strategic objectives into financial plans. Support financial planning processes including strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis. Experience in project management and process improvements. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
