Join a team where innovation, collaboration, and precision drive success. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager, located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Assistant Project Manager will support the coordination and execution of custom home construction projects. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, expediting project timelines, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to project goals and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget. Qualifications Proficiency in Expediting processes and experience as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Strong Project Management skills, including task planning, scheduling, and organization.Experience with Inspection processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordinating supplies and optimizing workflows.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
