Out of Hours - Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant (Remote) Full time, United Kingdom We are very excited to be on the lookout for an experienced Entertainment Consultant (out of hours) to join our Media & Entertainment division. This fast‑paced and interesting role is based in the United Kingdom, and would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients are major players in the TV and Film industries. Responsibilities Fulfill incoming travel requests/inquiries accurately and efficiently via Sabre Gds Have the ability to assist with group bookings, air/hotels, etc Be able to work well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client Understand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movements Be able to manage location and large group movements Confidently manage multiple complex itineraries Willingly aid team members within and across teams Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travellers Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control Qualifications Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes Knowledge of travel industry systems GDS Sabre and GDS Amadeus Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian language fluency a plus Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work flexible hours Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement Demonstrated professional customer service skills About BCD Media & Entertainment We are the Media & Entertainment division of BCD Travel, one of the world’s largest and most admired travel management companies.
