Apply via Dice today!Business Development Manager – IT Staffing & Managed ServicesWe are looking for a highly connected Business Development Manager with an established network of client relationships in the IT Staffing and Managed Services industry to help grow and strengthen our direct client business.The ideal candidate should already have strong relationships with hiring managers, technology leaders, procurement teams, MSP partners, or decision-makers and be capable of leveraging those relationships to create new business opportunities, open strategic accounts, and expand long-term partnerships. We are seeking someone who understands how to build enterprise relationships, map client organizations, and drive growth across IT staffing and managed services engagements.This is a leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales, understands the staffing and managed services industry deeply, and can work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to expand business across enterprise accounts.LocationThis is a hybrid/on-site role based in the NJ / NY area.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities Build and strengthen direct client relationships across enterprise accounts Develop relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and technology leaders Map organizations and identify key decision-makers within target accounts Expand existing accounts and create long-term strategic partnerships Drive opportunities across IT Staffing, Managed Services, and Consulting engagements Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction Drive opportunities across technologies including Java, SAP, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities across the NJ/NY market and beyond Negotiate staffing agreements, managed services contracts, rates, and engagement terms Maintain visibility into hiring trends, market demand, and competitive activity Required Experience5+ years of experience in IT staffing, managed services sales, account management, or business development Strong existing network and client relationships within the staffing or technology industry Proven track record of bringing in new business and growing strategic accounts Strong understanding of IT staffing, managed services, and consulting models Experience working with enterprise and mid-to-large organizations Knowledge of hiring across Java, SAP, AI, Data, Cloud, and enterprise technologies Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset Preferred QualificationsExisting network within the NJ / NY market Experience managing enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments and direct client engagement models Ability to work closely with leadership teams in a fast-paced environment What We OfferCompetitive base salary + strong uncapped commission structure Long-term growth opportunity within an expanding organization Established recruiting and delivery support teams Flexible and entrepreneurial work environment Opportunity to work directly with company leadership and influence growth strategy ApplyIf you have strong client relationships, experience growing staffing or managed services accounts, and a passion for building long-term partnerships, we would love to connect.Seniority LevelMid-Senior level IndustryStaffing and Recruiting Employment TypeFull-time Job FunctionsBusiness Development SkillsBusiness Development Full Life Cycle Recruiting High Volume
