About the jobDM Wireless Connect is actively hiring an Outside Sales Representative focused on B2B sales, residential door to door sales, wireless solutions, internet services, and business connectivity throughout Omaha and surrounding areas.This is a commission based opportunity with highly competitive payouts and strong earning potential for the right individual. Leads and local opportunities are provided to help get started while also allowing reps to build their own pipeline and long term customer relationships.DM Wireless Connect is a growing Omaha based telecommunications and connectivity company currently working with 150+ active business locations throughout the metro area. We help businesses and consumers simplify their wireless and internet solutions while providing local support and personalized service.We are specifically looking for someone comfortable working both business accounts and residential door to door opportunities, as many leads and customer relationships are generated directly through in person interaction and community presence.You will be representing a full suite of business and consumer connectivity solutions including:• AT&T Business Wireless• Consumer Mobile Plans• Quantum Fiber Internet• Business Internet Solutions• Internet Provider Brokerage Services• BYOD Promotions and Device Upgrades• Wireless Connectivity Solutions• Business Technology SolutionsThis is not limited to one carrier or one product category, giving reps multiple opportunities to create value for customers and generate income.What You’ll Do• Generate and close new business opportunities• Work directly with local businesses and residential customers• Conduct outside sales and residential door to door outreach• Build relationships and long term accounts• Educate customers on wireless and internet solutions• Follow up on provided leads and referrals• Help customers lower costs and improve connectivity solutions• Create referral relationships and local partnershipsWhat We’re Looking For• B2B sales experience preferred• Door to door sales experience preferred• Strong communication and people skills• Self motivated and reliable• Comfortable working independently and face to face with customers• Entrepreneur mindset• Ability to build relationships and close opportunities• Motivated by performance based incomeThis role is ideal for someone who already understands outside sales, prospecting, and relationship building.This is not a sit behind a desk position.
