Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Clemson AFC Urgent Care Clinic in Seneca, SC. As a member of our urgent care team, you will evaluate and treat a broad spectrum of non-emergent illnesses and injuries, supported by experienced medical assistants and front-office staff. Our clinics operate seven days per week, offering consistency, work-life balance, and meaningful connections with patients and colleagues.
Urgent Care Scope of Services
Walk-in access to high-quality, non-emergency care
Occupational medicine services, including workers’ compensation, return-to-work evaluations, and pre-employment physicals
On-site diagnostics, including laboratory testing, X-rays, and EKGs
Seamless coordination with primary care and specialty providersWhat We Offer

Experity EMR used across the ministryKey Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care for walk-in urgent care patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care.
Collaborate closely with medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Educate patients and clearly communicate care plans and follow-up instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Demonstrate a commitment to quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous professional growth.
Travel Requirements:PRN: 100% travel requiredQualifications
Preferred:
Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience
Required:
Current, unrestricted South Carolina PA or FNP license(active before starting)
Active DEA and CDS licenses(active before starting)
Minimum of 2 years of active experience as a PA or FNP
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
DOT certification within 60 days of hire
Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages, including newborns/infants - geriatricsWork Hours: PRN:
Minimum of 24 hours per month
Up to one hour of travel(required)
