The company values collaboration, creativity, and excellence in all aspects of its operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Game Developer located in Jacksonville, FL. The Game Developer will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing engaging game features. Daily responsibilities include writing and optimizing game code, collaborating with designers and artists to refine gameplay experiences, and troubleshooting technical issues to improve performance. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of quality and contribute to innovative game design and development projects. Qualifications Proficiency in Game Programming, Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Experience with Gameplay Programming and designing interactive game mechanicsDeep understanding of Game Design principles and best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the gaming industry is a plus
