What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be a key partner to both our internal team and our clients by providing high-level clerical and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting polished emails and correspondence for all levels of an organization
Managing calendars, meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks proactively
Creating, editing, printing, and binding documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Sorting and distributing incoming mail and processing outgoing/overnight shipments
Managing office and cafe supply inventory
Acting as the point-of-contact with the office of the building to coordinate visitor access and service needs
Providing backup reception services
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Discretion and sound judgement in confidential situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to work occasional overtime when needed
College degree preferred
