Parts Manager

Rock machine is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused parts manager to support our expanding operations in Woodburn, Indiana. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers across Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky received the exceptional service and support Rock Machinery is known for.What you’ll doServe as the primary inside contact for customers, providing fast, accurate, and friendly serviceCollaborate with the inside sales team to handle quotes, process orders, and follow up on delivery timelinesReceive, inspect, and manage inventory; recommend new stock based on customer needsCoordinate and occasionally assist with local deliveriesBring a positive, team – oriented approach to every task, helping build the success of our Woodburn branchWhat we’re looking for:strong Customer Service, and sales mindset – you care about helping people, not just moving partsorganized and proactive, with the ability to work effectively as part of a teamFamiliarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage 100 or ERP systems is a plus, but we’ll train you!Prior experience in Parts, inventory, or inside sales, especially in aggregate Gates, mining, or heavy equipment is highly desirableWillingness to pitch in wherever Dash from inventory management to deliver deliveriesForklift experience
