Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.Assist customers with policy changes and updates.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous customer service experience preferred.Bilingual Spanish preferred.Insurance licensing will be required.
