Surgical Tech Location: Deming, NM Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $781 to $981 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/25/2026 About the Position AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Surg Tech in Deming, New Mexico, 88030!Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from NBSTSA or completion of a CAAHEP-accredited surgical technology program.BLS certification.Minimum 2 years' experience as a surgical technologist in an operating room setting. Experience must include procedures such as orthopedics, ophthalmology, and gynecology.Prior travel assignment experience required for travel submissions. Local candidates will not be accepted for this role.Ability to perform sterile field setup and management, instrument and sponge counts, specimen handling, and setup and management of surgical equipment.Preferred: NBSTSA certification or equivalent if not already CST certified. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital.Shift name: Days.Shift hours: 07:00–15:30.Workdays: Monday–Friday.On-call requirement: Up to 15 days on-call as requested by facility.Travel requirement: Travel clinicians only; must have prior travel experience.
