**Job Title:** Floater**Job Type:** Part-time**Location:** Kids of Valor Montessori Alvin Texas**Salary Range:** $10 to $11.5 per hour**Job Overview:**As a Floater at Kids of Valor Academy, you will have the opportunity to work with children in a dynamic and engaging environment. Floaters play a crucial role in providing support to our teachers and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.**Responsibilities:**- Assist teachers with daily activities and routines- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap time- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment- Assist with basic caregiving tasks, such as diaper changing and feeding- Provide support to teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all children**Requirements:**- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience working with children preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team setting- Patience and compassion when working with children- Ability to pass a background check (Note: Kids of Valor Academy complies with all regulations regarding not inquiring about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process)Join our team at Kids of Valor Academy and make a difference in the lives of children every day!
