The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for a Program Manager II to provide research support administration services for our government customer in San Antonio, TXDESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists Chief Science Director and Human Protections Director with Scientific Review Board (SRB) and Human Research Protections Program (HRPP) administrative tasks as requiredAssists the Government with gathering information for research program taskers. All information/taskers are approved and submitted by the authorized government personnelProvides recommendations on task order labor/manpower utilization and workflow to increase efficiency and productivityAssists with the gathering of Government-prepared documentation for contract actions and proposals and ensure task order completion in accordance with established policies and proceduresAssists with various research-related administrative tasks and tracks spreadsheets (dynamic Excel spreadsheets) based on purchases made by the Government and/or the contractor for research related itemsMaintains and organizes Government-prepared research documentsPerform market research regarding development of study budget and provides to Government for decision-makingConfirms sponsored monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are in accordance with sponsor guidelines and templatesAssists the Government with space utilization within the directorate personnel and makes recommendations accordinglyAssists Directors in carrying out of administrative and financial tasks related to researchProvides business and growth plan for research under contract to directorateTracks study expenditures and reports financial status related to research under contract to the GovernmentIn collaboration with the Government, provides recommendations for yearly budgets related to research under contractSubmits Government approved proposals and grants via various websites (i.e., eBRAP, grants.gov, CMRDP, etc.)Verifies Government prepared documentation is available for various research meetingsCoordinates and schedules directorate meetings; takes minutes and provides to DirectorREQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of related experience or a Master's degree with five (5) years of related experienceREQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:Must be a U.S. CitizenMust be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is a fast-growing government service provider.
