Our team is distributed across hubs in Austin, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, and we are deeply focused on building intuitive, high-impact solutions that make a real difference for our users.Mid-Market / Enterprise BDR at HandoffWe're hiring a Mid-Market / Enterprise BDR to generate high-quality pipeline by booking qualified demos with mid-market and enterprise prospects in the supply house, lumber yard, and SMB/industrial verticals.In this role you'll execute high-volume multi-channel outreach — cold calls, emails, LinkedIn — to open doors with hard-to-reach operators, qualify prospects, and consistently deliver booked meetings for the sales team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity, performance-driven environment, loves the grind of outbound, and is hungry to grow into a top-tier closer over time.What you'll doExecute high-volume outbound prospecting daily — cold calls, outbound emails, LinkedIn, and other channelsBook qualified demos for the sales team, maintaining consistent volume aligned with monthly quotaBuild and run structured multi-channel outreach sequences with disciplined follow-up and persistencePenetrate target accounts by identifying and reaching multiple stakeholders within each organizationRe-engage cold and unresponsive prospects using structured sequences to revive pipelineQualify prospects against ICP criteria to ensure meetings are relevant and high-value for the sales teamMaintain clean, accurate CRM records of all outreach, conversations, and booked meetingsContinuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach techniques based on performance dataContribute to outbound playbooks and messaging frameworks as the team scalesAbout You2-4 years of BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience, preferably in SMB, mid-market, or enterprise environmentsProven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding meeting quotasExperience with high-volume cold outbound — calls, email, and LinkedInComfortable operating in a high-activity, performance-driven environmentStrong communication skills: clear, concise, and confidentProficient with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar)Able to handle rejection and maintain high output consistentlyExperience selling into or working with blue-collar, operational, or SMB industries is a strong plusHighly coachable with a genuine desire to improve, compete, and growWhat we offerCompetitive Salary + EquityUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Dependent Care FSA (DC FSA)Top-Notch EquipmentTeam OffsitesIf you're a high-output, growth-oriented BDR who's ready to make a real impact at a fast-moving startup — and you want to build the kind of outbound motion that opens doors others can't — we'd love to hear from you.Handoff is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
